Meet James Browne: Our Catering Consultant. He is very experienced chef and extremely hilarious. Better funny, than scary….. We enjoy working with JamesWith 20 odd years in the industry (many restaurants across the world, including a stint as a butcher) he is our port of call when we are looking at catering briefs and proposals from caterers for our client’s events, giving his special touch helping to curate and perfect menus. He makes sure we are getting the very best from the already wonderful catering services that we use. He is passionate about fresh, seasonal produce along with what is current and creative in the industry, and of course good value.
James is currently the Executive Chef for The Jam Tree gastro pub group and has his fingers in many pies, from street to lux, he is all over it.
