#Don’tMindIfIDoThursday & The Stoli Van

This month’s edition of #DontMindIfIDoThursday is inspired by some Stoli-licious summer activity on the streets of London. The Stoli 1950s Citroen Van has been and will be continuing to pop up at various London’s hotspots dispensing #StoliLemonade!

Serving free samples of Stoli lemonade (with a cash bar also available) passers by are able to get their sip-on and refresh on the go. If you don’t manage to (accidently on purpose) bump into this street treat, then check out the recipe below to make your own.

Look out for the #StoliLemonade Van on the following dates between 12 – 7pm:

 Sat 2nd Aug : The N1 Centre, Angel

Thur 7th Aug: Reuters Plaza, Canary Wharf

Sat 9th Aug: Old Spitalfield’s Market, Shoreditch

Thur 14th Aug: Exchange Square, Broadgate

If you can’t make it to the #StoliLemonade Van and are craving a zesty, lemon and vodka infused cocktail, why not make it yourself with this simple recipe:

DELICIOUS LONDON #DONTMINDIFIDOTHURSDAY STOLI VAN

StoliLemonade 

2 parts  (50 mls) Stolichnaya ® Premium Vodka

1 part (25mls) fresh lemon juice

1 part (25mls) sugar syrup

2 parts (50mls) sparking water

The best part – it’s super easy: chuck it all in and stir. Garnish with lemon wheels –  then sip, slurp, chill and refill at will!
