Lasarte – Awarded 3 stars in November 2016, this is Barcelona’s only 3 michelin star restaurant. Lasarte is much more than chef Martín Berasategui’s gastronomic vision for Barcelona. Moments – Creative, fresh and healthy cuisine inspired by Catalan culinary culture. Managed by chef Carme Ruscalleda and her son Raül Balam, Moments offers one of the finest gastronomic experiences in Barcelona. Having won seven Michelin stars for her restaurants in Spain and Tokyo, Ruscalleda is one of the most famous chefs in the country.

Enoteca – Chef Paco Pérez offers at Enoteca in Barcelona an imaginative cuisine based on the freshness of the sea and the essence of the products offered by the garden and the mountains. An interpretation of the current cuisine with traditional and innovative touches.

ABaC – Jordi Cruz has regained Àbac’s second Michelin star, making his restaurant once again the essential haute cuisine establishment in Barcelona. He reached such heights by creating cuisine filled with expertise and sophistication

Pakta – Nikkei, a mixture or Japanese & Peruvian cuisine is brought to Barcelona by the Adria brothers. Paktia in Quechua, the original language of indigenous Peruvians, meaning “together, bonding,” Albert Adrià combines this wonderful cocktail of cultures offering a new experience for diners.

Celeri – Céleri, by Xavier Pellicer, proposes gastronomic dishes to taste with the current sensitivity, that is to say, based on healthy products and proximity. The dishes are made around eight seasonal vegetables, which Pellicer reinterprets in three versions, a vegan, another vegetarian and a third with animal protein.

Xerta – Xerta Restaurant is the gastronomic restaurant in Barcelona run by chef Fran Lopez, dedicated to the cuisine of Terres de l’Ebre and is located in Ohla Eixample Hotel.

Alkimia – A small, intimate 18 seater restaurant by Jordi Vila located at the oldest brewery in Barcelona Fabrica Moritz.

Hisop – Hisop has mixed experience with innovation, without giving up quality at any time. Hisop specializes in contemporary Catalan food, using top quality products to get new flavours, plus a sophisticated twist with the exquisite presentation of dishes.

Caelis – Caelis is not suitable for all pockets, but it does have an amazing sampling menu that is made in the Hotel Palace, devised by the talented Michelin-star chef Romain Fornell. He was also the youngest chef awarded with a michelin star and became the only chef to get this distinction in France and Spain.

Gaig – Carles Gaig moved his namesake restaurant in 2004, along with its Michelin star, to Eixample. The name remains the same, however, armed with his quality ingredients and his stardom, he now has the freedom to be more creative, while still serving up classic dishes.

Hoja Santa – Mexican  gastronomy is a fundamental part of the country and this restaurant is a homage and compliment to this culture, for this reason Albert Adrià and Paco Méndez have collaborated on an adventure into the creation of a restaurant in Barcelona, to share the flavours and traditions of Mexico.

Angle – The restaurant Angle Barcelona, 1 * Michelin, moves to Hotel Cram and opens its doors in June 2013, with the same philosophy, with the will to make clients enjoy with all their senses.

Tickets – Another restaurant by the Adria brothers, Ticket’s concept of “La Vida Tapa” presents a new way of understanding the world of gastronomy and life: an entertaining way to eat that turns the participant into an interpreter of a work of theatre and circus vaudeville. Creating a scene of life itself. In Tickets La Vida Tapa, the laughter, complicity and good company leave no room for boredom, sadness or loneliness.

Dos Cielos – On the 24th floor of the Meliá Barcelona Sky Hotel, the brothers Javier and Sergio Torres are betting on the haute cuisine at Dos Cielos, a restaurant wrapped in the views of the Mediterranean Sea, the mountains and the city.

Via Veneto – For over 40 years they have been turning acts as simple as peeling an orange into culinary art. This is a location that any good gourmet worth his salt should know – their truffles are peerless, while the service sets the standard for Spanish haute cuisine.

Roca Moo – Gastronomic restaurant overseen by El Celler de Can Roca and managed by chef Juan Pretel Roca Moo offers a special twist on Catalan cooking. The award-wining one Michelin star restaurant offers a choice of counter and table seating. At the stylish counter head chef Juan Pretel and his team prepare the dishes before your eyes.

Cinc Sentits – A lovely space with an imaginative cuisine that stimulates all five senses, hence the name. They work with purveyors from across Catalunya and Spain who share the same philosophy that the key to great food is to find and utilize the freshest, highest quality ingredients and provide the best ingredients at their peak of freshness.

Sardina Marinada

Dos Palillos – Albert Raurich creatively demonstrates the close links between Asian and Spanish tapas, and at such a high level of quality and innovation that it earned the restaurant its first Michelin star. Dos Palillos is a perfect fusion of a blue-collar bar and haute cuisine Asian restaurant.

Koy Shunka – This is Shunka’s twin brother, and is a more sophisticated version; the menu is so extensive that you need to order at least eight dishes to get an idea of all the wonderful things they do here with sushi.

Nectari – Nectari has become a place of pilgrimage for lovers of good cuisine, thanks to a careful Mediterranean gastronomy with some Japanese touches, where chef Jordi Esteve combines innovation and tradition.

Disfrutar – Former chefs Oriol Castro, Eduard Xatruch and Mateu Casañas, of El Bulli, opened a brand new restaurant Distrutar. This restaurant is pure techno-emotional cooking that’s a reminder of the mothership. The dishes daring, fun and are incredibly imaginative and made with tremendous precision.
